The promoters are soliciting commercial finance partners who share their vision and desire to participate in this exciting business opportunity in the professional hotel operation in the heart of the upcoming mini metro, Cochin.

| Ideal Property Location |
The Hotel is located at the nerve center of Kakkanad, the district headquarters of Ernakulum. The 22 cents plot which houses the hotel is situated on the Sea Port-Air Port Road, approximately 20 kilometers from the Cochin International Airport. This gives the company an opportunity for significant business expansion and potential for growth
This proposed Four Star Hospitality facility consists of a 7 floors building, with a floor area of 30000sft, aesthetically designed by Mr. P.K.R. Menon, one of the pioneers in the industry and the creator of many beautiful hotels.
The hotel will offer 28 well-appointed luxury suites, each room has individual climate control, direct-dial phones, and televisions , A full fledge Food Court on the ground level, a Multi cuisine Restaurant serving sumptuous Indian, Chinese and Continental food fare , a well equipped Health Center, and Conference and meeting rooms.
The lobby with a reception area, Luggage storage area, and meeting rooms, a men's and women's bathroom, kitchen, and the Restaurant. On the roof top we will have a Health Center, whirlpool/sauna room, mechanical room, a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. We have an underground parking for 24 cars, and an S TP as per pollution control norms.

The Royal White Suites shall fill a niche not presently available, namely a moderately priced (under 3000 per night) All Suites Hotel, combined with an on-site Food Court for a quick meal, a Multi cuisine Restaurant serving Indian, Chinese, and Continental specialties, an indoor Health Center, excellent conference facilities and a business center. We shall differentiate ourselves by becoming a "boutique style" Hotel versus simply another City Hotel.

| Company Ownership |
Mr. Siddique the famous and talented South Indian Cine actor founded White Castle Builders Private Limited which owns The Royal White Suites. Mr. Siddique understands well the service sector business. He has traveled extensively frequenting numerous luxury lodging establishments, and has gained invaluable experience in organizational management.
The hotel building structure is completed and the interior work is in progress. The hotel is expected to be ready for operation by August 2010.
